All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items sold through The Vault Luxury Resale, both in store and online, unless a significant defect is mentioned. 

Each item is purchased “AS IS”. While The Vault Luxury Resale provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship. Should the purchased item show any kind of defects in the future, the cost of repairing the item falls solely with the buyer.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible to contact The Vault Luxury Resale, who will assist the customer by filing a claim with the shipping company.

If a significant defect is found, or the authenticity of an item is in question, we invite you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Apparel: Apparel may be returned within Seven (7) days of receiving the item. Apparel may be returned in the same condition with tags attached for site credit only. Refunds will be subject to a $3.99 restocking fee. Original shipping fee will not be refunded for returned items. This policy is only applicable to online purchases. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
