The Vault Luxury Resale, home of the Style Network's "Resale Royalty", is accepting applications for a part-time E-Commerce Support Specialist position.

This role involves the entire process of our E-Commerce division to include researching products, taking and uploading photos of products for sale, monitoring the website for purchase orders, shipping and tracking products and customer service. This role is not part of our Social Media or Marketing team.

Looking for professional, dependable, energetic quick learners with knowledge of current Social Media platforms and how purchasing on a website works.

Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including editing and photography preferred

Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred

Must be a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision!

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and have basic computer skills.

Challenging, fun, fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed

As an employee, you'll receive on-the-job training in recycling fashion and our E-Commerce platform.

2-5 years of retail experience in a specialty boutique or department store. Sales experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
